Missouri's CDS program gives you full authority to hire and manage your attendants. After enrollment and assessment, you receive a monthly service budget based on your approved hours.
You can hire family members (except spouses and parents of minor children) as your attendants. A Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent handles payroll and taxes while you direct all aspects of your care.
